Privacy

CitySalaryData is a read-only reference site. It is designed to know as little about you as possible.

What we collect

• No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for.
• No advertising profiles. The site has no advertising network, remarketing, or cross-site personalization.
• Searches stay in your browser. The occupation and place search runs on data downloaded to your browser; your keystrokes are not sent to a search backend.
• Standard server logs. Like nearly every website, the hosting infrastructure records basic technical request logs (such as IP address, URL requested, and user agent) for security and operations, retained briefly and not used to profile visitors.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate, cookieless page and referrer counts. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand overall acquisition and page performance. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled; Google Analytics may use first-party measurement cookies according to your browser settings.
